The role is on-site in Spring, TX, and is full-time with a focus on technical repair and maintenance tasks.Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:Manage the mechanical and electrical upkeep of multiple wash locations.Conduct repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.Coordinate projects, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, documenting work performed.Train team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent.At least 5 years of experience with industrial or commercial equipment maintenance.Proven electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift moderate loads and work on ladders.Welding experience and knowledge of PLC and electrical systems are a plus.
