Project Engineer – Concrete & Structural ProjectsLocation: Onsite / Field-BasedProject Size: $50M+ Commercial & Industrial ProjectsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in pre-cast and tilt-up concrete construction to support large-scale commercial projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and wants hands-on exposure to complex structural builds from excavation through shell completion.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and execution of tilt-up and precast concrete structures, including excavation, concrete pours, and shell constructionAssist with day-to-day project coordination for large-scale ($50M+) construction projectsTrack project schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field documentationCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and design teamsHelp manage multiple subcontractors and support crews exceeding 50+ craft laborersMonitor quality, safety, and adherence to construction drawings and specificationsParticipate in progress meetings and assist with reporting and cost trackingRequired QualificationsExperience with pre-cast or tilt-up concrete constructionStrong understanding of excavation, formwork, reinforcing, and concrete placementExposure to large-dollar, large-scale commercial or industrial projectsSolid knowledge of concrete systems and structural constructionAbility to multitask effectively in a dynamic onsite environmentPreferred (Nice-to-Have) SkillsExperience supporting shell construction from the ground upPrior involvement in projects exceeding $50 millionExperience working closely with field supervision and self-performing tradesWork EnvironmentPrimarily outdoor, onsite, field-based roleCollaborative team environment supporting major structural buildsHigh visibility on impactful projects with strong career growth potentialWhy Join Us (Employee Value Proposition)Work on high-profile, large-scale concrete projectsGain hands-on experience across all phases of constructionClear path for growth into Project Management or Senior Engineering rolesBe part of a team that values quality, safety, and professional developmentJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.RequirementsEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
