Lead Window Cleaning Technician

Job Description Job Summary: A Lead Cleaner is responsible for routine cleaning and supervising all areas of routine cleaning jobs. The Lead Cleaner accepts increased responsibility and acts as the liaison or intermediary between Owner and the cleaning staff. This position is the primary contact at each job site for staff and customers. Additionally, this position supervises and instructs the cleaning personnel in the proper procedures and cleaning standards of the customer and company. A lead cleaner also assists with training as needed.Job responsibilities:Professionally and proficiently clean windowsLearn daily production duties: including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensure all work orders are complete each weekInventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipmentManage commercial and residential account work and coordinate with customer contactsManage and delegate work with technicians on jobsitesTraining of new window techniciansConduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidentsMeet cleaners in the mornings for check insResponsible for interactions with customers on multi-cleaner jobsHandle call backsPhysical Requirements:Able to stand on feet for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 60 lbs.Able to work with arms above headAble to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degreeAble to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feetOther Qualifications:Valid drivers licenseReliable transportationCompletion of Window Cleaner Training ProgramAbility to lead cleaners on large jobs and projectsProvide excellent customer serviceWrite legibly and speak clearlySelf-motivated and able to work aloneTeam Building SkillsPrevious management or sales experience preferredExperience up-selling and/or working with customers preferredGood oral and written communication skills
