Do our values speak to you?Role OverviewThe System/Business Analyst will support the implementation and configuration of the Toshiba Elera platform across the organization. This role focuses on building and configuring system environments, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring the platform meets operational needs.The analyst will play a key role in planning deployments, configuring environments, supporting pilot implementations, and translating business requirements into system configurations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport environment setup and configuration for the Elera platform.Assist with building and managing enterprise node environments across U.S. and Canada.Configure and maintain Admin UI settings.Work closely with business stakeholders to:Understand operational workflowsGather and translate requirementsAlign system capabilities with business needsSupport planning and pilot implementations, including environment design and configuration.Participate in meetings with business teams to review system functionality and requirements.Help configure the system to support different operational models across locations.Provide ongoing system analysis and operational support during rollout phases.Candidates should be comfortable working through complex operational requirements and translating them into system setup/configurations.Required Technical & Functional SkillsCandidates should have experience with:System or business analysis within enterprise platformsEnvironment configuration and system setupAdmin console / Admin UI configurationTranslating business requirements into system configurationsSupporting pilot implementationsEnterprise system environmentsStakeholder collaboration and requirements gatheringExperience with retail systems, POS platforms, or enterprise deployment environments is highly desirable.Experience LevelMid-level System or Business AnalystStrong hands-on system configuration experience preferredExperience working directly with business stakeholdersWork LocationThis role requires on-site presence.Analysts must be hands-on and working in the officeClose collaboration with internal teams and business stakeholders is expected.Team StructureCurrently 3 analysts on the teamCandidates will be evaluated and potentially added to the existing analyst group.
