Facilities Maintenance Technician IThe Facilities Maintenance Technician I position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Repair & Maintenance:Unit wall repairs including OSB and drywall replacementBreak-in responseDoor repairsGeneral plumbingLight electricalGeneral power washing and paintingAssisting Maintenance II technicians with safety and difficult tasks.Abandoned Goods: Sorting, moving, and disposal of abandoned goods.Landscaping: Tree / bush trimming, seasonal clean-up, basic grounds maintenanceReporting: Identifying and reporting needed repairs to ensure timely maintenance.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to transport, lift and move items up to 50lbs.Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.Basic knowledge of pest control methods and equipment.Experience with power washing equipment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn and be proficient in learning new vendor software applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and inclusive work environment.Compensation may vary outside of the range of $19.23 - $23.55 depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
