Mitigation Technician

Cleveland Area! Responsibilities- Restoration, Remodeling, Carpentry, Technician: Restoration and remodeling interior and exterior, as a crew Technician reporting directly to their Crew Lead. Onthejob and industry training provided for restoration and remodeling specialty services. Framing, spray sealing, and insulation. Drywall, drywall, texturing, painting, staining. Trim and millwork. Interior cabinets, doors, windows, and ceramic tile. Basic Plumbing and electrical repair familiarity. Project communication and coordination with the property owner and management. Perform restoration and remodeling services, gather materials, and help facilitate project selections and change orders. Help manage project delays by seeking solutions and following through with timely communications and work execution. General work hours MonFri, 7:00 am 4:000 pm, some occasional call work with a shared group rotation. Preferred Work Experience- Restoration, Remodeling, Carpentry, Cleaning Experience with remodeling services; framing, drywall, painting, staining, and installation of cabinets, doors, windows, and millwork is a plus. Experience with exterior repairs; roofing, siding, a plus. Experience with restoration and insurance claims is a plus. Experience with written and verbal communications is a plus. Background checks required. Valid Driver’s License. Skills- Restoration, Remodeling, Carpentry, Cleaning Understands construction and cleaning concepts. Navigates proficiently with technology using smartphones and email. Willing to learn new, specialized skills; physically able to perform a variety of work activities. Works efficiently, has a good eye for detail. Presents with a clean and professional appearance. Articulates well verbally and in writing; customerservice focused. Demonstrates effective problemresolution and solutionoriented thinking.
