Supervisory Clinical Psychologist

This position provides advanced clinical services while overseeing clinical quality, supervision, and program development within the Behavioral Wellness and Recovery (BWR) Division of CSKT Tribal Health Department (THD). This is an outpatient treatment program designed to service Tribal Healthcare beneficiaries with behavioral health diagnoses who meet dimensions for outpatient treatment services. This position requires highly independent clinical decision-making, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The Supervisory Clinical Psychologist must possess a comprehensive knowledge of mental health and substance use symptoms and diagnostic criteria (as appropriate), therapeutic modalities, trauma-informed care, culturally- and linguistically- competent healthcare, ethical standards, confidentiality, and hold an understanding of compassion fatigue and self-care as well as skills and experience in clinical and administrative supervision.MINIMUM RECRUITING QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Must be eligible for and attain a Montana psychologist's license within 3-months of onboarding with CSKT Tribal Health. Valid driver's license.
