If you have a passion for early childhood care and want to help babies grow, learn, and feel safe — this is the place for you. What You’ll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Support each child’s growth through responsive care, tummy time, and sensory play Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Communicate warmly and consistently with families to build trust and connection Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® designed for infants Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom Colorado Requirement Must hold a Level 2 or higher on the Colorado PDIS. Infant/Toddler or Pyramid Plus Certification is a strong plus. (Verification required prior to hire.)
