Your income is entirely up to you: offer more hours, see more clients, earn more. Total Flexibility: Work as much or as little as you choose (minimum 20 hours of availability per week)Fully remote — Work from anywhere, within eligible U.S. states, as long as you are licensed in Oregon.No required meetings, no required caseload minimums beyond availability We Handle All Administrative Work: Brightways provides full administrative support so you can focus solely on clinical care: All client referrals generated for youAll clients pre‑screened before they reach your scheduleAll scheduling handled by our teamInsurance credentialing completed for youBilling, claims submission, and payment reconciliationEHR and telehealth platform providedYou focus on care. We handle the rest. What You’ll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management services Provide evidence‑based, measurement‑informed careComplete treatment plans every 90 daysComplete clinical documentation and submit to receive paymentDeliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment Minimum Qualifications Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon (This role is fully remote; you may reside in any eligible U.S. state outside CA, NY, MA, NJ and DE) RN license in Oregon and in your state of residenceANCC PMHNP board certificationValid DEA and state PMP registrationMaster’s or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursingAbility to provide telehealth servicesSuccessful background checkMust reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting; currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ or DE. Availability RequirementsMinimum 20 hours per week of availability(with ability to flex up as many hours as you choose); you pick the times, you pick the days!  About BrightwaysBrightways Counseling Group is an Oregon‑based behavioral health organization committed to breaking down barriers to mental healthcare.
