Engineer in Training (EIT)

We are seeking a motivated Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our Civil Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in land development and infrastructure projects.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesSupport design and development of civil engineering projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure)Perform engineering calculations (stormwater, drainage, water and sewer systems)Assist in the preparation of plans, reports, and technical documentationCollaborate with senior engineers and CAD techniciansParticipate in project coordination and approval processesAttend meetings with clients and local authorities when required✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringEIT certification (or in progress)0–3 years of experienceBasic knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 3DStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment➕ Nice to HaveInternship or co-op experience in land developmentExposure to stormwater management or site design📍 Location: Tennessee (On-site)
