Together, we reimagine good mornings and endless summers, strive for more sustainable ways to beautify and bond, and do it all with not only confidence but determination.Essential Job Functions:Change belts, rollers, and bearings on ElsnerClean, measure, and inspect/Change blades and anvilsOperate Elsner in a safe and efficient mannerKnow how to do line start-up and shut downProperly clean/sanitize/PM all equipmentSet up rolls of material, and make roll changesPractice and perform Lock Out/Tag OutProper use/handling of chemicalsPerform changeovers on all Elsner equipmentInspect product to ensure good qualityPerform/record all hourly quality checks as specified by Edgewell SOPsPractice and follow all Safety/OSHA/GMP/FDA/GDP requirementsGeneral knowledge of all line functionsHelp in training new team membersPerform other Lead/Supervisor directed tasksHousekeeping/Lean/5SWork collaboratively with team members, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure smooth production flowOther Job Functions:Assist maintenance personnel with repairsHelp keep the line stocked with materials. (Film, labels, shippers, etc.)Clearing jams out of machinesPerform minor maintenance to equipmentDevelop knowledge of machines through assisting maintenance with repairsResults Expected:Produce a quality product while meeting all production standardsBe able to make mechanical adjustmentsTroubleshooting abilitiesSet up, start, operate, and shut down machinery in accordance with SOPsMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and outputPerform in-process quality checks and complete documentation accurately and in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Follow all company, FDA, and GMP guidelines for cleanliness, equipment uses, and product handlingAssist in line changeovers, cleaning, and equipment sanitization to support batch integrityTroubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and promptly report issues to maintenance or supervisionMaintain accurate production logs, batch records, and downtime reportsParticipate in safety, quality, and compliance trainingUphold a clean and organized work environment to always ensure inspection readinessKnowledge and Skill Requirement:Good mechanical skills and use of hand toolsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic math & data entry skills.
