We're the world's leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the US Department of Defense.What You'll DoLead structured Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations using Six Sigma and industry‑standard problem‑solving tools, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.Facilitate cross‑functional teams to identify true root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness through disciplined closure.Provide production quality support by analyzing defects, yield trends, and process variation to reduce escapes and improve process capability.Support nonconformance dispositioning, risk assessments, and Material Review activities in partnership with Engineering and Operations.Execute program quality engineering responsibilities, including EIDPs, CoCs, audits, customer reviews, engineering change support, and compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.What You NeedBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with experience in high‑reliability or precision manufacturing environments.Strong proficiency in structured problem solving, RCCA methodologies, and data analysis to identify trends and drive decisions.Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced production and program settings.Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) or Black Belt preferred, with experience mentoring engineers in RCCA or continuous improvement.Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100), configuration management, engineering changes, and optical or precision electronics systems.US Citizenship due to access restrictions.What We OfferCompetitive Salary & Benefits PackageHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEducational Tuition ReimbursementFun Employee Events throughout the yearWhy Us?
