Be part of a financially stable nonprofit with a long and rich history.What Will I Be Doing?Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care, while ensuring their dignity and comfortSupport residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed, adhering to safety standards and procedures, including coordinating two-person transfers when necessary. Escort residents to and from activities, dining areas, and other locations as requiredProvide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive, nurturing, and engaging environment for residentsAssist residents with eating by cutting food into manageable pieces, providing direct feeding support when necessary, and encouraging adequate nourishment and hydration, while maintaining respect and dignityRegularly monitor assigned residents, documenting observations and noting any changes in physical or emotional conditionsPerform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, bed making, and ensuring the living environment is clean and free of hazards
