Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Work as a member of a dishwashing crew to process and organize dishware through the dishwashing machine; Inspect, remove, and properly store all clean items from the dishwashing machine; Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, hoods, and drains; Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans; remove garbage; Train new Stewards as required
