Unit Clerk The NYC HRA Domestic Violence Services (DVS) ADVENT team is seeking a Clerical Associate III to function as Unit Clerk, who will:Provide clerical support, including sorting documents, coordinating communications, and assisting with reporting needs.Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; monitor usage and reorder as necessary to ensure smooth daily operations and oversee general office organization.Provide professional telephone coverage by answering and directing calls, taking messages, and responding to general inquiries from clients, service providers, and staff.Prepare, review, copy, scan and index documents; maintain organized records and files for agency use and document archiving.Salary Range: $42,288 $48,631Work Location: Various - ((2322 3rd Ave, New York NY)Hours/Schedule: 9-5 flexMinimum QualificationsQualification Requirements: A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
