Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our program initiatives and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management and leadership. The candidate will oversee all programs and QMHPs to ensure proper service delivery to clients, as well as monitor the overall day-to-day operations of all programs.
Duties
Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide oversight of all program protocols and procedures
Review all billing for accuracy and monitoring all appropriate paperwork i.e. progress notes, case staffings, discharge reports etc.
Managing client charts, ensuring they are always fully in compliance.
Provide oversight of the productivity of each program’s staff, including the management of assigned cases and follow-through of expected hours for each staff member.
Provide oversight of the accountability of paperwork receivable; follow up on any outstanding paperwork.
Provide oversight of quality assurance of all ISBS program client files to ensure compliance.
Assist with all internal program file audits.
Assign cases
Schedule client assessment appointments with the clinical assessor for all program cases.
Assist with booking client temporary shelter stays (as needed).
Lead team meetings
Attend staff meetings and supervision.
Pick up a minimum of six cases in the community.
Maintain six (6) new Mental Health clients.
Provide coverage of staff cases in case of emergencies or staff shortages.
Assist with locating referral sources.
Community outreach and table events.
Must take confidentiality seriously.
Obtain resources for the QMHPs to utilize for their clients.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Health and Human Services to include social work, gerontology, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, special education, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, criminal justice and human services counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university; five years of experience providing mental health services and case management to individuals suffering from a mental illness. This position also requires a valid driver’s license, automobile, and telecommunications availability, excellent verbal and written skills; counseling and social work theories and techniques; and community resources. Strong writing and case conceptualization skills and reference to a methodology. The successful completion of a criminal history or background investigation is required. MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN MENTAL HEALTH. Master's degree preferred, but not required.
