Apple's Compensation Team is looking for an innovative compensation professional to support our global compensation philosophy and strategy.DescriptionWhen it comes to attention to detail, leading projects, deadlines, communications, and ideas in different time zones, you've got it under control. As a Compensation Analyst, you will partner with Compensation Business Partners, Systems teams, and other People team functions to support the design, assessment, and implementation of Apple's global compensation programs.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze compensation data to perform analysis and support business needsContribute to the management and development of our base salary, bonus, and equity programsSupport the implementation, maintenance, and administration of key compensation systems, databases, and toolsHelp maintain processes to keep global pay/salary structures updated based on internal and external market data and in alignment with Apple's compensation strategySupport the management of Apple's equity programsParticipate in compensation surveys and provide analysis of competitive positioning.Contribute to the development of compensation policies and practicesManage reporting and perform ad-hoc analyses for Compensation Business Partners and other stakeholdersPerform staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer job architecture and compensation policies and programsAssist with the annual compensation planning processBuild and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners and vendorsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience as a compensation analyst, consultant, or similar roleDemonstrated analytical skillsExceptional knowledge of ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Workday, MarketPay, and/or Tableau is a plusHigh integrity and ethics in handling confidential informationBachelor's degree in relevant fieldPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
