The role also involves close collaboration with other departments to drive business performance and support the company's growth.Applicants for the FP&A Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA, MBA, or CFA. A minimum of 7 years' experience in FP&A is required, with a strong emphasis on those who have a proven track record in building an FP&A department from the ground up. Experience in the professional services industry is also preferred, along with a background in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate development.
