Clinical Liaison / Clinical Site EducatorThe Clinical Liaison / Clinical Site Educator is a field-based, oncology-trained clinical professional responsible for supporting CancerLinQ (CLQ) participating sites in the adoption and effective use of CLQ's software and analytics to improve cancer care delivery. This role serves as a trusted clinical partner to oncology practices, helping identify gaps in care, align to evolving standards of care (SOC), and optimize real-world clinical workflows using data-driven insights.
This position is indication-focused, representing cancer clinical best practices and standards of care for solid tumorsnot any specific pharmaceutical product. The Clinical Liaison acts as a clinical advocate for the CLQ program and software suite, supporting all participating CLQ sites within an assigned region.
ResponsibilitiesClinical & Educational Support
Serve as a subject matter expert in cancer standards of care for solid tumors, incorporating the latest clinical guidelines and real-world evidence into site education and engagement.
Educate oncology providers and care teams on how to leverage CLQ software and AI-enabled insights to identify care gaps, variations in care, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate complex clinical and data insights into actionable recommendations for providers, nurses, and site leadership.
Site Engagement & Field Support
Travel regionally to oncology practices and health systems participating in the CLQ program.
Build strong, trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and quality leaders.
Support onboarding, ongoing education, and sustained engagement across all assigned CLQ sites.
Program Advocacy & Enablement
Act as a clinical ambassador for the client-sponsored CLQ initiative and the CLQ software suite.
Reinforce the value of data-driven, guideline-aligned care improvement in solid tumors.
Partner closely with internal ConcertAI / CancerLinQ teams to ensure consistent messaging, feedback loops, and program success.
Care Gap Identification & Quality Improvement
Use CLQ analytics to help sites identify gaps in care, unwarranted variation, and opportunities to improve outcomes and equity.
Support sites in operationalizing insights within existing clinical workflows.
Provide feedback from the field to inform ongoing program refinement, product features, and best practices.
RequirementsClinical background required:
Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or similar licensed clinician
Must have prior experience on the provider side
Oncology experience required, with a strong preference for:
Direct clinical experience in solid tumors, hematological malignancies a plus
Prior practice in oncology care delivery settings (academic or community)
Strong understanding of oncology standards of care and evolving clinical guidelines
Experience educating or supporting clinical teams (e.g., clinical education, liaison, nurse educator, quality improvement, or similar roles)
Comfort working with healthcare software, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
Experience summarizing customer feedback on capabilities and synthesizing those insights into recommendations that product managers can use to improve the product roadmap
Ability to travel regionally to support multiple clinical sites
Clinical credibility and provider-facing confidence
Strong educator and translator of data into clinical action
Relationship builder across diverse oncology stakeholders
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving standards of care
