Technical Delivery Lead - Data Platform & AI Analytics (Snowflake)Onsite (US) | Client-Facing | Managed ServicesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across a modern Snowflake-based data platform, with a focus on centralizing business logic, improving data reliability, and enabling AI-driven analytics.You will combine technical depth, delivery ownership, and client engagement to stabilize current operations while driving forward-looking transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Ownership & LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery across:Data platform operations (Snowflake)Enhancements and change requestsNew data and analytics initiativesAct as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomesLead coordination across onsite and offshore teamsData Platform & Architecture (Snowflake-first)Drive design and implementation of:Scalable data modelsCentralized business logic in SnowflakeReliable data pipelines and transformationsEnsure consistency between:Source systemsData warehouseDownstream reporting toolsBI Modernization & TransitionModernize the Qlik dashboards to the data platformDefine and enforce single source of truth for metrics and KPIsSupport rationalization and simplification of reporting layersAI-Driven Analytics & OperationsIdentify and implement opportunities for:Data quality monitoring and anomaly detectionAutomated reconciliation and alertingAI-assisted analytics and insightsWork with internal teams to accelerate adoption of AI-enabled delivery modelsClient Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary client-facing delivery leadLead governance, status reporting, and stakeholder discussionsConfidently handle conversations around:Data discrepancies and root cause analysisDelivery plans, estimates, and prioritiesBuild trust through proactive communication and ownershipEnhancements & PlanningOwn enhancement intake, prioritization, and backlog managementProvide accurate LOE estimates and execution plansDrive structured planning for enhancements and new initiativesOperations & Support ExcellenceEnsure strong incident, problem, and change managementDrive SLA adherence and operational stabilityEstablish clear ownership across teamsOnshore-Offshore CoordinationImplement effective follow-the-sun delivery modelEnsure seamless handoffs and collaborationEnable offshore teams with clear requirements and business contextRequired Experience10+ years in data & analytics delivery / data engineering leadershipStrong hands-on experience with:Snowflake (data modeling, SQL, pipelines)Modern data architectures and ETL/ELT frameworksProven experience in managed services / support environmentsStrong client-facing experience with stakeholder managementExperience in planning, estimation (LOE), and delivery ownershipPreferred ExperienceExperience in modernizing BI environmentsExposure to BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, etc.)Familiarity with tools such as:Snowpipe, Talend, or similar data integration toolsExperience with AI/ML, data quality frameworks, or automation initiativesExperience in life sciences / biopharma domainWhat We’re Looking ForStrong ownership and accountability mindsetAbility to lead from the front (not just coordinate)Confidence in handling data, analytics, and business discussions with clientsStructured approach to problem-solving, planning, and executionPassion for building next-generation AI-enabled data platforms
