Position Description We are seeking a Systems Integration / Test Engineer to support a newly awarded 5-year contract delivering advanced geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) capabilities across mission-critical systems. This effort focuses on the development, integration, and testing of modernized platforms that support end-to-end workflows for tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of intelligence data. The program brings together engineering, development, and test teams to build and deploy new capabilities, integrate diverse data sources and systems, and enhance performance across a complex, multi-domain environment. Work spans the full lifecycle, from system design and development through integration, testing, and delivery, ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions that directly support operational intelligence missions. Primary ResponsibilitiesInteract with engineering teams to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for systems, components, and modificationsIdentify functional issues and recommend resolutionsDefine internal quality control standards and support reliability programsDocument and analyze test cases and provide feedback and recommendations for product or design changesEnsure testing procedures comply with required industry standardsContribute to improvements in testing and quality programsAnalyze system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop test plans and proceduresExecute test plans and procedures and confirm results of automated testsPerform data collection and analysis and report status and resultsProvide visibility into progress and impedimentsSupport development of Government test and evaluation documentation including Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E ReportsWork with other test organizations to support T&E program integrationProvide test and evaluation support tailored to system functions, maturity, and performance areasAct as a witness for demonstrations and test events and provide feedback to stakeholders Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experienceExperience with test automation tools such as JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete, or similarExperience developing and executing test plans and proceduresExperience analyzing system requirements and translating them into test activitiesExperience with system of systems testingExperience with GEOINT workflowsExperience supporting test and evaluation documentation and reportingExperience working in integrated engineering or test environmentsAbility to identify issues, perform analysis, and recommend solutionsStrong communication, time management, and teamwork skills Compensation $110,000-$135,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
