Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager
Job Title: Project Coordinator (Supply Chain / Operations) Type: W-2 Contract Duration: 6 months++ Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $46.57/hrOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support supply chain and operations initiatives within a fast-paced, global environment. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional efforts, supporting planning activities, and ensuring alignment across teams to meet business and operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport demand and supply planning activities to ensure alignment with customer needs and service level targetsCoordinate cross-functional teams including planning, operations, and manufacturing to ensure program milestones are metTrack and monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and supply plans; identify gaps and drive resolutionMaintain and update system data, including ERP master data and planning parametersAnalyze backlog, fill rates, and operational metrics; escalate issues and support corrective actionsFacilitate regular meetings with global teams to ensure alignment across regionsCommunicate forecast updates, risks, and gaps to stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements in partnership with business and IT teamsRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or operationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-makingExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive follow-throughAbility to manage multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detailPreferred QualificationsBackground in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory managementExperience supporting forecasting and planning processesFamiliarity with global operations or manufacturing environmentsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related fieldAdditional DetailsOnsite role in Cupertino, CAW-2 only (no C2C or sponsorship)Fast-moving role supporting high-visibility operations initiatives
