Service Engineering Manager

Apply your expertise in our industry leading team of automation professionals.As a Service Engineering Manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:Lead, coach, and develop a team of DCS service engineers, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, accountability, and customer focus.Manage workload planning, resource allocation, and skills development to meet service commitments.Act as the primary point of contact for key customers regarding service performance, lifecycle planning, and modernization options.Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades, and optimization services for DCS platforms.Conduct periodic service reviews and develop long‐term service strategies that align with customer goals.Identify opportunities for service improvements, upgrades, and value‐added solutions.Collaborate with Sales, Project Engineering, Product Management, and other internal teams to align service offerings and support product lifecycle needs.Support the development and execution of service agreements, including scope definition, pricing, and renewal strategy.Manage service budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and resource utilization.Ensure profitable and efficient delivery of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.ExpectationsThe candidate must meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline). 7+ years of experience with DCS, PLC/SCADA, or industrial automation systems. 3+ years of experience leading engineering or technical service teams. Strong knowledge of industrial networks, control system architecture, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‐solving skills. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 20%.
