Technical Training Specialist

In this role, you’ll make sure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to work safely, confidently, and in line with company and regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on, collaborative position that directly contributes to a strong and well‑trained workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing and production teamsCoordinate training schedules based on staffing needs and operational prioritiesLead hands‑on and classroom training on equipment, processes, safety practices, and quality standardsContinuously improve training content based on feedback and effectivenessMaintain accurate training records to meet company and regulatory requirementsPartner with department leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify training needsSupport new hire onboarding through technical orientation and job‑specific instructionAssist with the creation of SOPs, work instructions, and training materialsOther Duties as assignedQualifications1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical training in a fast‑paced environmentExperience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or similar roleUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality practices, and safety standardsHands‑on experience with assembly, crimping, and soldering (including terminals and thru‑hole components); IPC certification is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Ability to adapt training to different learning styles, using adult learning and instructional design principlesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSolid organization and time‑management skills; able to work independentlyComfortable collaborating across teams and building relationships with diverse groups
