Job Responsibilities: Provide weekend hospital call coverage from Saturday to Sunday. Perform outpatient gastroenterology and internal medicine tasks. Conduct various procedures including colonoscopy, endoscopy, and biopsies. Interpret esophageal manometry and handle related procedures. Manage and perform endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and ERCP. Engage in clinical areas involving adult patients in a hospital setting. Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: Board Certified in Gastroenterology - Required Valid Virginia medical license - Required Ability to perform ERCP - Required Clean malpractice history - Required Clean background check - Required Self-Query NPDB report dated within the last 30 days - Required Flu shot - Required COVID vaccine - Highly Preferred Availability to cover open shifts - Required License and Certification Requirements: Board Certification in Gastroenterology Virginia state medical license ERCP CertificationRichmond, Virginia, is a vibrant city that offers a unique blend of history and modern living.
