Your role directly contributes to smooth workplace operations and enhances the experience of everyone who interacts with our facility.What your day-to-day will look like:Enthusiastically greet, host, and provide support to guests, visitors, and employees, creating memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personalityAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and accuracyMaintain visitor logs and issue badges in compliance with company security and regulatory policiesKeep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all timesRespond to requests for information and communicate effectively with all levels of management with minimal supervisionOrder and manage all office and shipping supplies to ensure operational continuityProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers while handling any additional duties and tasks assignedRequired Qualifications:High School diploma, state equivalent, or GED equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all levelsDemonstrated customer service excellence and a "can-do" attitudeProven ability to identify issues and implement practical solutionsPhysical ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of timeStrong team player with collaborative mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of previous customer service-related experienceWorking knowledge of access control systems, including granting and restricting visitor accessExperience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or corporate facilitiesLocation: OnsiteWork Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with schedule flexibility
