Assembly Lead

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Lead to oversee daily operations within our assembly line. This role is responsible for coordinating team members, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced production setting and can effectively support both team performance and operational goals.
