Shift Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team and oversee daily operations in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in banquet, kitchen, and food management, with a strong focus on team leadership and dining room operations. Duties - Manage and lead a team of employees during shifts - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise Requirements - Previous experience in hospitality, kitchen management, and dining room management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of food safety practices - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Must be able to obtain Appleton Bar License withing 2 weeks of first day of work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid training Work Location: In person
