This role ensures a refined dining experience by adhering to high service standards, maintaining professionalism, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with the organization's values and expectations.What You'll DoGreet members and guests promptly and courteously upon arrivalPresent menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beveragesTake accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staffServe meals and beverages in a timely and professional mannerMonitor tables and anticipate member needs throughout the dining experienceClear and reset tables between courses and after mealsEnsure all service areas are clean, organized, and stockedHandle member complaints or concerns with discretion and professionalismCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flowFollow all club policies, health regulations, and safety standardsAssist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or private functionsMaintain a high level of member satisfaction and personalized serviceWhat You Will BringBe 18 years or olderStrong written and oral communication skillsExperience with one-on-one customer service interactionStrong teamwork skillsServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screenPhysical And Sensory RequirementsThis job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and vibration may occur.
