Our team specializes in in-person engagement inside retail environments, community hubs, and local event venues.We’re looking for motivated, competitive, and team-driven individuals who want to build leadership skills, grow quickly, and thrive in an environment that feels active, fast-paced, and purpose-driven.About the RoleAs a Junior Event & Team Lead Trainee, you will support and lead onsite event teams, interact with attendees, and help drive community engagement for our partners. This is an entry-level role with a clear pathway into team lead, event manager, and outreach coordinator positions.This is not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only.
