Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ **Direct Patient Care and Monitoring:** Perform continuous clinical assessment and monitoring of pediatric intensive care patients.+ **Advanced Interventions:** Manage life support, ensure pharmacological accuracy, and maintain vascular integrity through advanced technical interventions.+ **Advocacy and Support:** Serve as a clinical liaison, providing holistic advocacy and ethical support, with an emphasis on family-centered care.+ **Team Collaboration and Safety:** Participate in rapid response situations, collaborate effectively with emergency leadership and interdisciplinary partners, and uphold unit safety standards.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
