Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper located in Youngstown, OH. As a Housekeeper, your day-to-day responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet established standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Specific tasks may involve dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and managing laundry. You will also ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail to provide our clients with a welcoming and hygienic environment. Qualifications Experience and skills in laundry care, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments.Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Proficiency in organization skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain tidy and clean spaces.Willingness and ability to participate in training sessions and apply learned techniques to ensure efficient and effective performance.Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and achieve high hygiene standards.Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to motivated candidates.Must have a strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to manage time effectively.
