Front Desk Receptionist (Plano)

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our mortgage brokerage full time. The ideal candidate must have a professional and positive demeanor, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to multi-task to execute time sensitive tasks.Responsibilities:Welcoming visitors and vendors warmly and professionallyAnswering all incoming phones calls in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring correct protocol for all types of calls and directing accordinglyEscort visitors to meet with employeesKeeping the reception area clean and organized, and coordinate with internal teams as neededProviding event support as needed, including setup and coordinationOffer general office front desk support, such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasksQualifications:Experience in hospitality, front desk or customer serviceExperience working in a collaborative, cross-functional, open environmentHighly detail-oriented and organizedExcellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.High degree of flexibility and ability to trouble shoot and prioritize wiselyAbility to interact effectively at all levelsHours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility required.
