Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring that inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed. Upsell products by recommending complementary items based on customer preferences. Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Utilize effective phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Experience with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Ability to upsell products through persuasive communication techniques.
