The role focuses on standing up operational infrastructure and transitioning to steady-state business operations. The position is business-facing and requires fluency in service management practices from the business side rather than IT.Responsibilities:Assess the current state of platform operations and identify gaps in service management structureDesign and help stand up lightweight service management frameworks from the business sideEstablish intake processes, triage protocols, and escalation paths for business operationsSupport transition from initial setup to steady-state operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in service management practices for business operations, including intake, triage, and escalation designStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational gaps and propose improvementsClear communication and stakeholder management abilities in business contextsExperience standing up operational frameworks and transitioning to steady-state operationsService management (business-side, not ITIL-heavy implementation roles)Intake / triage / escalation designOperational framework design + stabilizationGap analysis + process improvementStakeholder management (business users, ops teams, platform owners)Analytical thinking + structured problem solvingPreferred Skills:Familiarity with IT service delivery concepts while operating in business-facing rolesExperience in content or platform operations within regulated healthcare or life sciences environmentsWhy BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
