Qualified candidates will have experience in acute care settings and be familiar with a variety of diagnostic tools and therapeutic modalities.Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and monitor overall patient status. Manage ventilators and provide pulmonary hygiene care. Perform blood gas sampling and identify emergency situations. Administer various forms of oxygen therapy and nebulization treatments. Assist with intubation and extubation as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have a valid New York state license. At least 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably with charge experience. Current certifications: BLS, RRT required.
