Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager with work based in Argyle, TX, and the possibility for some remote work. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of roofing and exterior services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing logistics, scheduling and communication with clients and teams, quality inspections, and expediting materials and services to meet project deadlines. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute project timelines and deliverablesSkills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources for projectsExperience in Inspection processes to maintain quality control and adherence to safety standardsCompetence in Logistics Management and scheduling to optimize resource allocation and efficient workflowStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentProficiency in project management software tools is a plusPrevious experience in the construction or roofing industry is advantageous
