Systems Administrator

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Establish and maintain the smooth operation of computer systems, including operating systems, software, and hardware, in networked or stand-alone configurations.• Perform routine system administration tasks such as OS patching, system upgrades, and configuration of services.• Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure server and application health, performance, integrity, and availability.• Review system, application, and security logs to identify operational or security-related issues and perform security monitoring activities to detect potential intrusions.• Provide operational support for endpoint protection technologies, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance.• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to endpoint protection solutions and escalate complex problems when necessary.What You'll Need• High School diploma with 6-9 years of relevant experience.• Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification.• Experience as a system administrator in a mid to large Windows environment.• Hands-on experience with ePO, ENS, Application and Change Control, DLP, Policy Auditor, Rogue System Detection, and FIM.• Ability to perform daily system health checks and troubleshoot in a Windows environment.• Experience developing standard operating procedures for system functions.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($85,000 - $90,000) plus bonus potential.• Opportunity to work with advanced endpoint protection technologies.• Support for professional development and training, including required certifications.• Collaborative team environment focused on maintaining critical network infrastructure.Apply via Haystack today!
