Registered Nurse - Pediatric Surgery (Nursing)

Submission Requirements: FLU VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in OR and documents travel experience. 2 recent OR Supervisor/Manager References Skills Checklist matching specialty Current BLS, PALS EMR REQUIRED- EPIC RTO MUST be included at time of submission * NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen. OR RN Shift: Variable Weekend/Weekdays 12-hour NIGHTS No Call required Pediatric OR experience preferred. Prefer ability to scrub, but not required. Must have OR experience Office surgery NOT acceptable Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season.
