Title: Oracle HCM Core Consultant (only W2 Position – No C2C Accepted) Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for Oracle HCM Core Consultant with Cloud Experience.Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.Position Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Core Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on implementation and domain expertise to join Ford's global HR Technology team. As the product/technology subject matter expert for Oracle Core HCM, you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on delivery to enhance Ford's Core HR, Workforce Structures, Compensation, and connected technologies — promoting operational excellence and driving efficiency and innovation across the company.You will be the lead interface with Digital HR, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT counterparts — ensuring Oracle tools are maximized to achieve Ford's strategic goals while delivering an exceptional user experience globally. The ideal candidate brings prior Oracle HCM implementation partner experience and a proven ability to drive complex, global HR technology programs.Core HCM Configuration & Implementation:Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Core configuration including Workforce Structures, Person Management, Employment Model, and Absence ManagementDesign and configure enterprise-wide org structures, job and position hierarchies, and compensation structures aligned with Ford's global HR frameworkConfigure and maintain the Oracle HCM security model: data roles, job roles, duty roles, and field-level accessDevelop and manage Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards for HR operations and leadership reportingSupport integration design between Oracle HCM Core and downstream/upstream systems — payroll, finance, workforce analytics, and ORCEnsure HCM system integrity and compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations globallyStakeholder Engagement & Delivery:10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with hands-on Core HCM configuration and implementation expertiseMinimum 3 full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Core implementations as a Techno-functionalPrevious experience as an Oracle HCM Implementation Partner strongly preferredProven track record in large, complex enterprise environments — automotive, manufacturing, or Fortune 100 preferredAct as the lead interface between Digital HR, HR COEs, and IT counterparts — serving as Oracle Core HCM subject matter expertCollaborate with business owners to develop technology solutions that meet short- and long-term requirements, considering global scopeOversee analyst work in the design, testing, delivery, and maintenance of system enhancementsDrive implementation of new functionality including change management, training, and stakeholder communicationParticipate in meetings and deliver presentations to explain project progress to HR leaders and senior stakeholdersLead HR-cycle plan activities: goal planning, performance management, and annual compensation review cycles within the platformFunctional & Technical Skills:Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core modules: Workforce Structures, Person Management, Employment Model, Absence ManagementFast Formula development and debugging for eligibility rules, validation logic, and workflow automationHDL / HSDL for data migration and ongoing mass updatesHCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher for reporting and analyticsOracle HCM security model: data roles, job roles, duty roles, and field-level securityOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) familiarity for Core HCM integration scenariosFunctional experience with Oracle Workforce CompensationAgile delivery experience — 2+ years working within Agile teamsPreferred Qualifications:Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Core HR, Absence, or related module)5+ years hands-on with Oracle Learn and 3+ years with Talent/Performance ManagementMaster's degree in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience with Oracle Global HR and multi-country implementationsPrior experience supporting Ford or other Tier 1 automotive OEM HR Technology programsProven experience in a dynamic product management or product ownership roleEducation Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering or related disciplinesOracle HCM Core Consultant with Cloud Experience is based in Dearborn, MI.
