This position is essential for managing operations, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring that our ambitious expansion goals are met as we redefine the logistics landscape.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity.Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency.Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.RequirementsProven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics evaluation.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements.Bilingual in Mandarin and English required - Need to communicate with the Chinese Team.
