Executive Assistant OpportunityOur client, a well-backed AI start up, seeks an impressive Executive Assistant to support their Chief of Staff & the office of the CEO. This role will expertly handle all of their day to day administrative needs, establish new processes, and act as a strategic member of the team. The ideal candidate has experience supporting leadership at a early stage startup, venture capital firm/hedge fund, or hypergrowth tech company.This is an amazing opportunity to join an exciting, cutting-edge company as they embark on their upwards trajectory!Responsibilities:Act as an extension of the Chief of Staff & Office of the CEO with professionalism & polishExpertly prioritize their time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflictsCoordinate travel and prepare itinerariesManage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalismAssist with recruiting efforts, schedule interviews, and interact with candidatesPlan company events, offsites, and meetingsKeep track of projects, note important action items, and send corresponding follow-upsPrepare presentations and meeting materialsTrack and process expensesAssist with various tasks and projects, as neededRequirements:2+ years of experience as an Executive AssistantBachelor's degree requiredExperience working at an early stage startup, venture capital firm/hedge fund, or hypergrowth tech companySelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environmentStrategic & process-oriented mindsetClear & concise communication styleSuperb organizational skillsAdaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as neededBonus Perks:Opportunity to join a well-funded startup as they scale to the next levelWork alongside a bright & innovative team!Location: New York City Flatiron District (Onsite)Compensation: $150k - 185k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
