Administrative Assistant- Front Desk & Marketing

FITCI is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our innovation and business incubator facility in Frederick, MD. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners and plays an important role in maintaining an organized, professional, and secure office environment.We are looking for someone who values consistency, takes pride in being reliable, and enjoys supporting the smooth day-to-day function of an organization.About FITCIFrederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. FITCI serves as a thriving collaborative hub where innovation, public-private partnership and job growth intersect.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & ReceptionWelcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer and route incoming callsMaintain visitor logs and support building opening/closing proceduresMail & Facility SupportReceive and distribute mail and deliveriesAdminister keys and maintain access recordsMaintain front office organization and appearanceAdministrative SupportAssist with scheduling and meeting room coordinationSupport light data entry and document managementProvide general office support as neededMarketing & Communications SupportAssist with posting and updating content across FITCI’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)Support promotion of events, programs, and workshops through digital channelsHelp maintain and update website content as neededAssist in creating basic marketing materials (event flyers, graphics, email content)Coordinate with staff to gather content, photos, and updates from clients and programsSupport email communications and newsletters (e.g., event reminders, announcements)Help track engagement and maintain contact lists in HubSpot or similar platformsQualifications1-3 years of administrative or front desk experience preferred1-3 years of marketing experience preferredBachelor's Degree preferredStrong phone etiquette and professional communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional demeanor and reliability handling day-to-day operationsProficiency with Microsoft Suite and general computer skillsDependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentialityTO APPLY: Fill out the application at linkhttps://rnzu5.share.hsforms.com/2vBO0HJHxQiuUgiY_pSKMaQ *quick apply applications through LinkedIn will not be reviewed*
