Retail Sales Representative

Overview At eRYDE, we've been on a mission for over 16 years to curate the largest selection of eBikes & eMotos in the Los Angeles area as we believe everyone will own an electric bike in the near future. We carry over 30+ brands to test ride and currently served over 10,000+ customers since we opened in 2008. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for them. Duties Have a deep understanding of all brands, products and services we provide to our customers Work directly with customers at our shop to both sell & intake service eBikes on a daily basis Work closely with our sales lead to learn about all the eBikes we sell and the services we provide to customers. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM to provide the best follow up to our customers Attend staff meetings & sales meetings Assist with any pickup or delivery orders to customers Opportunity to grow into a Store Manager role in the future Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Proficient in inside sales techniques and strategies, including effective negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
