If you're ready to make a meaningful impact at the intersection of fintech and health tech, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Platform ArchitectureDesign and execute a comprehensive technical strategy to modernize and scale the Move Health platform infrastructure.Refine and establish scalable engineering playbooks, from architectural blueprints and documentation to code reviews and continuous integration.Analyze system performance and data metrics to optimize application speed, security, and scalability for the leadership team.Product Development & IntegrationsIdentify and implement high-value technical integrations with enterprise-level financial systems and independent advisor tech stacks.Expand Move Health's footprint by building out robust, secure APIs that allow seamless data syncing with third-party networks.Maintain hands-on ownership of the codebase, ensuring full-stack development runs smoothly across frontend interfaces and backend databases.Advisor Advocacy & Product ConsultingServe as a subject matter expert, translating advisor user feedback into concrete software features and technical product specifications.Deliver stable, high-quality code that directly solves critical client pain points regarding Medicare and health insurance workflows.Gather and synthesize feedback from the field to continuously prioritize software features that drive heavy advisor adoption.Technical LeadershipServe as the technical leader for the organization, defining the engineering vision, architecture, and development standards needed to support the company's continued growth and scale.Establish a culture of technical accountability, mentorship, clean code standards, and continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with other Move Health teams to ensure seamless feature hand-offs and align technical efforts with business goals.What We're Looking For:Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with a proven, hands-on track record of building and deploying software platforms.Deep technical experience with AI integration, including working with modern LLMs, vector databases, and API-driven automation frameworks to build smart software features.Proven capability in full-stack development, with the architecture mindset required to take ownership of a zero-to-one platform rebuild.Strong analytical mindset with experience in database management, API structures, and software performance metrics.What We Offer:Competitive base salary with an aggressive performance-based incentive structure tied to key benchmarks.401k with 4% employer match.The opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare planning.A collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and progress over perfection.
