Lending Specialist IV

6-Month Contract (Banking)We are seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to support loan processing and deal execution within a banking environment. This role is responsible for managing the loan lifecycle from approval through closing and ongoing servicing.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycleManage deal flow and partner with Relationship Managers to ensure timely closingsCoordinate and review closing documentation, ensuring compliance with due diligence and regulatory requirementsSupport transaction execution, resolve issues, and ensure proper risk controlsPartner with operations teams for accurate loan booking, funding, and servicing (payments, draws, payoffs)Review loan documents for accuracy and assist with closingsCommunicate proactively with lenders to address any issues prior to closingRequirements:Up to 7+ years of experience as a Lending Assistant or Loan ProcessorStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with banking systems (nCino preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentPreferred:Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation
