Security Officer Residential Apartments
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and/or emergency response actions when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and residential amenities to help to identify unauthorized persons, policy violations, and/or conditions that may require follow-up from property management or emergency services.; Communicate with residents, visitors, property staff, and/or local responders regarding security-related concerns, service requests, and incident details while supporting a professional residential environment.
