Job Title: Paid Media SpecialistLocation: Queens, NY (Long Island City) – Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)Experience: 4 - 6 YearsThe ideal candidate will have experience managing Paid Search or Paid Social campaigns, with exposure to consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce brands. This role focuses on campaign management, performance optimization, and client collaboration, rather than people management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads ManagerPlan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channelsMonitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizationsConduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and ROIAnalyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversionsPrepare and share campaign performance reports and insightsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver successful marketing strategiesMaintain communication with clients to ensure campaign goals are achievedStay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practicesRequirements2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaignsExperience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads ManagerExperience working with consumer goods / retail / e-commerce brandsAgency experience preferredStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversionsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting toolsExcellent analytical and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldFluency in EnglishIndustryHuman ResourcesEmployment Type
