Power BI Developer

Software Methods is seeking a Power BI Developer, for a 6+ month hybrid contracting assignment, to assist our client onsite in their Chadds Ford, PA facility. Candidates are required to work three (3) days on site. The ideal candidate will have one to two years’ experience working with pharmaceutical datasets.Responsibilities:Serve as technical partner to stakeholders as it relates to business intelligence (BI) solutions such as dashboards and reportingLead end-to-end development of dashboards/reporting solutions including taking an active role in eliciting, documenting, designing, building, and testing BI products in support of key customers and business initiativesDrive BI product development through user experience and interface design, prototyping, development, and continuous improvementDaily involvement and understanding of data integration and business-rule processing for specific projectsDevelop operational procedures and oversee successful execution of data flows and report refreshes to ensure timely, accurate delivery of dashboards to stakeholders.Required Experience:Experienced Business Intelligence developer with 5+ years of BI reporting experience specifically within Power BI (1+ years within Pharmaceutical industry)Proven ability to work with stakeholders to extract, articulate, and document report requirementsFunctional knowledge of databases and SQLExcellent organizational skills, written and oral communicationsProven ability to multi-taskDemonstrated ability to manage and/or actively participate in multiple simultaneous projects.Preferred Experience:Knowledge of Azure Data Factories, Databricks, and Synapse AnalyticsExperience with Digital Marketing data such as Google Analytics (GA4), email transaction data, and Web interaction data.If this sounds like you, please contact us today!Unable to sponsor visas for this position.
