Selective Demolition Construction Laborer

Job Description -We are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who want to learn and advance. Join our team and learn the skills required to safely and efficiently perform selective commercial demolition.Typical Job Duties include-Cleaning up/ hauling debris to dumpsterLoading dumpsterDemoing of walls (all kinds)Removal of flooring (all kinds)Removal of ceiling systemsRemoval of furniture/equipmentRemoval of MEPRemoval of concreteUse of scissor liftUse of scaffoldingUse of demo hammersUse of SawzallUse of other misc. power toolsUse of hand toolsReading blueprintsPrecisely measuringWorking overhead.Working on hands/kneesWorking outside.lifting/hauling heavy itemsJob requirements include- If you can answer "NO" to the below Must Have's, Please do not apply.
